The Delhi High Court on Monday adjourned the case of the Energy and Resources Institute (TERI) director general Rajendra Kumar Pachauri, who has been accused of sexual harassment by a 29-year-old former woman employee.
The court had earlier rejected the Delhi Police's plea to cancel Pachauri's bail application.
Pachauri is facing allegations of sexual harassment and stalking by a young researcher, who was once employed with TERI.
