Real Madrid superstar Cristiano Ronaldo led his side to a convincing 4-0 La Liga victory over rival side Osasuna with his brace at the Santiago Bernabeu on Saturday.
The win helped Real close the gap at the top of the premier Spanish league, moving into second place above Barcelona and three points behind league leaders Atletico Madrid.
According to CNN, the Portuguese striker opened the scoring after six minutes with an impressive 25-yard strike before adding a similarly spectacular second just after half-time, while headers from Sergio Ramos and Daniel Carvajal added gloss to the victory.
Real is next in action on Tuesday as they look to protect their slender one goal lead over Bayern Munich in the second leg of the Champions League semifinal, the report added.
