Fox's next X-Men spinoff 'Gambit,' starring Channing Tatum has finally found its director in Rupert Wyatt.
Sources claim that the 'Rise of the Planet of the Apes' director will helm Gambit, which is due to hit theaters in 2016, reported the Verge.
The film revolves around the popular mutant Remy LeBeau, who has the ability to charge objects with explosive energy.
The character was last seen in the critically panned 'X-Men Origins: Wolverine,' where he was played by the 'True Detective' star Taylor Kitsch.
