Russell Crowe has been voted for having the Worst Accent of the Year by Barfta awards which are organised by the British Academy of Rubbish Films and Terrible Acting.
The Kiwi actor has been awarded with the "Dick van Dyke Award for Calamitous Accent Work" for the bizarre Irish accent he used to play demonic mobster Pearly Soames in fantasy flop 'A New York Winter's Tale', the Daily Star reported.
The Barfta panel also gave a special award to 'The Imitation Game' entitled "The Most Ironic Fear Of Depicting Gay Sexuality While Attempting To Castigate Ye Olden Days For Homophobia".
The Barfta awards are voted for in secret by UK film critics.
