Russian President Vladimir Putin has been named the enemy of the LGBT community by a social networking app Grindr, geared towards the gay, bisexual, and bi-curious men.

Grindr also named former U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton straight ally of the year, having publically criticized Russia's treatment of the LGBT community, reported the Independent.

Clinton has consistently fought for the rights of the community saying "gay rights are human rights".

The app also made a prediction that Clinton would run for 2015 presidency while she has remained quiet about the issue.

Grindr compiled the results through a poll among user from the U.S., UK and Australia.
