Ryan Sweeting has responded to Kaley Cuoco's divorce filing by filing his documents in the court.
The documents filed by the 28-year-old tennis player also cite irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split, reports E! Online.
However, Sweeting states September 25 as their date of separation which opposes the 29-year-old actress' documents that revealed it was September 3.
The documents also showed that the 'Big Bang Theory' star's estranged husband has asked for spousal support and has requested to terminate the court's ability to award support to Cuoco.
Cuoco and Sweeting got married in 2013.
