Saddened by Satguru Sri Sivananda Murthy's demise: PM Modi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has condoled the passing away of noted spiritualist Satguru Sri Sivananda Murthy.

"Satguru Sri Sivananda Murt(h)y impacted several lives through his work and teachings. Saddened by his demise. My condolences to all his followers," he said.

Murthy, who has large following among the Telugu people across the world, passed away here in wee hours of Wednesday in Warangal's Gurudham Ashramam. He was 87.
