The Supreme Court on Friday issued notice to Augustine Pinto, Grace Pinto and Ryan Pinto on application of Pradyuman's father Varun Thakur.
The Punjab and Haryana High Court on October 7 granted interim bail to the Pinto family till December 5, with stringent conditions in Pradyuman Thakur murder case.
The family, which owns Ryan Group of Institutions, is accused in the murder of its school student Pradyuman Thakur, whose body was found with his throat slit inside the toilet of the Ryan International School in Bhondsi, near Gurugram on September 8.
On September 28, the Punjab and Haryana High Court had stayed the arrest of the Pinto family.
They had moved the High Court seeking anticipatory bail in the matter.
