Scarlett Johansson sells her Hollywood condo for $470,000

Scarlett Johansson has sold her condo in Hollywood for 470,000 dollars.

The one-bedroom building, which was originally listed for 425,000 dollars, is situated just a few steps away from the Hollywood Walk of Fame, the Daily Express reported.

Reports suggest that the 28-year-old actress has owned the two-bathroom unit in the well-known Hollywood Versailles Tower since 2003.

The condo includes gold sinks in the master bathroom, a dressing-room vanity surrounded by stage lights and shared amenities such as a 24-hour doorman and valet, a pool, gym and recreation room.

Johansson bought the condo for 372,000 dollars in July 2003.
