SEBI (Amendment) Bill, 2013 receives President's asset

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Amendment) Bill, 2013 has received the assent of President Pranab Mukherjee.

It has now been published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section-1, dated the 13th September 2013 as Act No. 22 of 2013.
