The Houston Police Department has responded to an active shooter situation in a shopping center in southwest Houston, Texas that has left multiple people wounded.
According to police, the suspect was shot by officers responding to the scene, reports ABC News.
The Houston Fire Department confirmed that the shooting began at 6:29 a.m. local time at a Petco store.
According to reports seven people were injured in the attack and have been shifted to nearby hospitals.
