The Sharif family and Finance Minister Ishaq Dar have reportedly informed the National Accountability Bureau's (NAB's) Lahore office that they will not appear before it till the time investigators don't file review petitions before the Supreme Court in connection with the Panamagate verdict.
According to the Dawn, the NAB has so far sent three notices to the Sharif family to appear before investigators for an inquiry into the ownership of flats number 16, 16A, 17 and 17A at Avenfield House in London's Park Lane area.
The finance minister has been separately summoned twice for an inquiry into his assets and incomes.
Dar has said that the NAB cannot summon him till his petition is reviewed and heard by the court. The Sharif family too has filed three separate petitions in the Supreme Court, asking it to review and stay further implementation of the Panamagate verdict.
On Tuesday, it was learnt that operational and legal teams of NAB are considering sending a report to the Supreme Court on the Sharif family's non-cooperation.
