'The X Factor' judge Sharon Osbourne recently opened up about her personal life during an episode and said that the reality show came right when she "needed" to have fun.

The 64-year-old television host, who once left her husband Ozzy Osbourne, was asked by Dermot O'Leary what her favourite part of the series was, to which she replied, "The X Factor came at a time during my life when I needed to have fun," reports the Mirror.

"I can't tell you what it's meant to me, I have loved every minute," Osbourne added as the other judges gathered around her for an emotional embrace.

Opening up about her struggle, the media personality revealed that she intends to say 'I do' once again to her husband after he sought treatment for sex addiction following his affair with hair stylist Michelle Pugh, the reason for which Osbourne left her family home earlier this year.

The Osbournes originally tied the knot on July 4, 1982.
