Charlie Sheen's remark on his former wife Brooke Mueller that she is an awful parent, can give her the full custody of their kids, it has been revealed.
The drug-troubled mother-of-two could have full custody reinstated because the actor violated a gag order preventing him from discussing the case.
A source has revealed that it has been Mueller's contention all along that Sheen has been out to get her and wants Denise Richards to raise her sons, Radar Online reported.
The insider said that in the wake of the 48-year-old's comments, Mueller's lawyers can go to the judge in child dependency court and ask for the boys to be taken out of Richard's guardianship and given back to her.
Sheen had called his former wife an "evil and pathetic uber loser wh*re" earlier, and called the judge "a fat, dishonorable douchebag".
