In a shocking twist, the most beloved character of 'Grey's Anatomy', Dr. Derek Shepherd also known as McDreamy died in a recent episode titled 'How to Save a Life'.
Patrick Dempsey's famous character McDreamy said goodbye in an emotional episode of ABC's medical drama where he saved lives of a family during a car accident, but himself got crushed by a truck, People Magazine reported.
Shepherd even narrated the attempts to save his life, highlighting the mistakes made by his ill-prepared surgeons, before finally being declared brain dead by reel life wife, Dr. Meredith Grey as she tearfully pulled the plug.
Fans of this American medical series and Dempsey blasted their emotions on Twitter whereas many expressed their outrage at show creators.
