Shraddha Kapoor, after her rocking live performance at the music launch of her upcoming flick 'Rock On!! 2' on September 18 at the NSCI ground in Mumbai, felt incredibly happy with all the congratulatory messages she received.

Though she had her close ones to at the event to cheer for her, what she regrets is her parents' missing her first live show where she sang the songs from 'Rock On!!' and 'Rock On !! 2.'

Speaking in this regard, she said, "It was a very big day for me and for the people close to me. So I felt really nice to have my friends be there with me. The only people I missed a lot were my parents. They would have loved to see me live my dream but they had to attend to something unavoidable."

"Both mom and dad have browsed through each and every picture and video of the concert that is available as of now and they have been beaming with pride which adds to my happiness," the 'Baaghi' actress added.

On a related note, the 29-year-old star, who has held singing as a passion for a long time, will also be seen crooning in the film along with Farhan Akhtar.

The movie, along with the cast from its first installment- Farhan, Arjun Rampal, Purab Kohli and Prachi Desai, will have the 'ABCD 2' actress and Shashank Arora in it.

Directed by Shujaat Saudagar, 'Rock On!! 2' is slated to release on November 11, this year.
