Shuttler Sindhu romps into Malaysia Masters semis

Ace Indian shuttler P.V Sindhu stormed into the semifinals of the Malaysia Masters after thrashing her Indonesian opponent Lindaweni Fanetri in the women's singles event on Friday.

The two-time bronze medallist at World Championship took just 29 minutes to outclass her Indonesian rival 21-10, 21-10 in a thrilling quarter-final match.

Meanwhile, Ajay Jayaram and Srikanth Kidambi will also aim to seal their semi-final berths when they take on their respective opponents in the quarter-final contest of the men's singles event today.
