Delhi's Deputy Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Manish Sisodia on Sunday conducted a roadshow in Khichripur area of East Delhi to express his gratitude to the voters.
Sisodia exchanged pleasantries and shook hands with the local residents, who had turned out in large numbers to welcome their new Deputy Chief Minister.
The locals here also garlanded Sisodia, who was accompanied by several AAP volunteers.
Sisodia has been given the charge of education, urban development and PWD in the government led by Arvind Kejriwal
Sisodia defeated BJP's Vinod Kumar Binny from the Patparganj assembly constituency in the Delhi Assembly polls.
