Slash has filed for divorce from his wife of 13 years Perla Hudson.
The 49-year-old musician, who had tied knot with Hudson in 2001, filed the legal papers in L.A. citing irreconcilable differences, and has listed the date of separation as June 15th, TMZ.com reported.
He has requested for a joint physical and legal custody of their boys London 12 and Cash, 10.
Hudson had flown to Hawaii with their sons and had given Slash time until New Year's Day to clean up his issues.
Slash had also filed divorce back in 2010, but had withdrawn his petition after 2 months because they had reconciled.
