Australian stand-in Test skipper Steve Smith's girlfriend Dani Willis revealed that the loved-up duo have their own private net sessions as she assists the batsman by remaining behind the bowling machine.
Willis, who is a law student and former competitive swimmer, said that she had become quite knowledgeable about the game as a lot of Steve's life revolved around cricket.
She further said that she had certainly become pretty good at putting the balls in the bowling machine, adding that sometimes she gets angry when Steve swings at the wide deliveries, News.com.au reported.
Smith, who replaced injury-ravaged Michael Clarke, became 45th Test captain of Australia in the second Test against India at the Gabba in Brisbane.
