Snake venom worth Rs. three crore recovered from Purnia, J-K
Officers of the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI) recovered one bottle of snake (Cobra) venom weighing around 900 grams, valuing approximately Rs. three crores here today.
"Made in France" is written on the label of the bottle.
Two persons were apprehended and they have admitted that the venom has been smuggled from Bangladesh.
Further investigation is on.
