Evan Spiegel, founder of the photo app-'Snapchat', has topped the list of Under 30, 'Most Influential Media Personally' by 'New Media Power List'.
Tumblr founder David Karp was listed at second spot while 28-year-old YouTube personality Jenna Marbles secured the third position, the Mirror reported.
Spiegel, who is only 24-year-old, is the CEO of photo app which he founded in 2011 when he was a student at Standford University, US.
The 'Under 30 New Media Power' list was put together by Birmingham City University and was decided by 120 15-24-year-olds who voted at a Gadget Show event last month.
