In association with Dun and Bradstreet Sodexo started the New Year focusing on the changing landscape of Indian workplaces. Together both the companies have created the "HR Best Practices 2017" publication, inviting eminent CXOs and HR leaders to share transformational practices adopted by the corporate to cater to the evolving interests of the individuals and matching them with the long term business goals of the organizations.
The book was launched at an event in Mumbai and serves as a ready reckoner for HR Best Practices which is applicable across India Inc. The hands-on tips to embrace the change in the industry, propels business houses to revisit their existing policies and adopt new, innovative tools in human resource management.
The event was divided into three phases consisting a 'Keynote Address' by invited dignitaries, the release of the publication, 'HR Best Practices 2017' and felicitation of the winning case studies submitted by various organizations. It was followed by a panel discussion on "Human Resources Management in the Age of Millennials" and Q&A on the same, featuring Karthik Krishnan (CEO - e-Centric HR), Tarun Ramrakhiani (MD - Santa Fe India), Unmesh Pawar (Managing Director, Human Resource, Accenture), Rahul Taneja (Chief People Officer - Jet Airways), Dr. Sujaya Banerjee (Chief Talent Officer and Sr. VP-HR - Essar Group), Amita Maheshwari (Executive Vice President - HR), Prashant Khullar (Vice President and CHRO - Mahindra Holidays and Resorts).
The discussion was around the theme "Transforming the Thinking" that highlighted the changing dynamics of the Human Resource industry in the wake of millennials and was moderated by Mr. Kaushal Sampat (President and MD - Dun and Bradstreet India).
