Former Pakistan captain Aamir Sohail has encouraged retired cricketers Shoaib Akhtar and Inzamam-ul-Haq to find and unearth talent from their respective regions and help the country to have a big pool of talented cricketers.
Sohail said that he was pleased with the fact that some of the former cricketers have put forward their names to support Pakistan cricket, Pak Passion reported.
He said that it was the duty of the retired players to ensure that Pakistan cricket and its players were looked after in the best possible way.
Commenting on Inzamam who has been reportedly asked to coach the national team, he said that these players should not go for the glory job, instead they should go to their local teams and help develop the talent there.
