Sonam Kapoor is 'absolutely incredible' in 'Neerja': Hrithik

Actor Hrithik Roshan has showered praise on Sonam Kapoor for her commendable performance in the upcoming flick 'Neerja'.

Interacting with mediapersons at the special screening of 'Neerja', the 42-year-old actor said Sonam is absolutely incredible in this outstanding film.

"The movie is brilliant. I am so inspired. I can't remember last time when I cried so much. It is really an emotional movie," Hrithik said.

The actor also praised Shabana Azmi for her exemplary performance in this film.

Others present at the event were singer Shekhar Ravjiani, Sachin Tendulkar, Yuvraj Singh, Anil Kapoor, Sanjay Kapoor, Twinkle Khanna, director Subhash Ghai, Karan Johar among others.

Directed by Ram Madhvani, the film sees Sonam playing the title character in the biopic of the brave and courageous 23-year-old flight attendant Neerja Bhanot, who died saving the lives of passengers on board the hijacked PAN Am flight in 1986.

The flick, which also stars actor Yogendra Tiku and Shekhar Ravjiani in key roles, is slated to hit the theaters on February 19, 2016.
