A special vegetarian meal comprising of nutritious walnut porridge and five colour steamed tofu and stir fried vegetables was in the offing for Prime Minister Narendra Modi at South Korean President Park Geun-hye's dinner banquet here on Monday.
MEA spokesperson Vikas Swarup shared the menu on twitter, saying, "A special Banquet in honour of a special Partnership! And a special Korean Vegetarian Menu."
South Korea's most famous culinary export, kimchi, was also present on the dinner menu, along with citrus wonsobyung, assorted seons and grilled vegetables.
A special chilled salad and fresh food platter with Byungwwa (royal court dessert) rounded off the dinner banquet.
The Prime Minister is presently in Seoul on the final leg of his three-nation tour.
