Just a day after the nation celebrated Gandhi Jayanti, it has surfaced that the pair of spectacles from Mahatma Gandhi's statue in Porbandar's Manek Chowk has been missing since October 1.
The missing spectacles went unnoticed even on the birthday anniversary of the Mahatma.
Enraged by the disrespect shown to the father of the nation, Gandhi followers have demanded strict action against the culprits.
