The King of Bollywood, who is producing the official remake of 1969 Hindi murder mystery 'Ittefaq' starring Sidharth Malhotra and Sonakshi Sinha, recently dropped in on the sets as the team kickstarted the shoot.
Shah Rukh Khan took to Twitter to share a picture from the sets and captioned it as, "Ittefaq starts now. Thanx to Juno and his wonderful team."
Sidharth too, took to social media to share the moment and even thanked SRK as he wrote, "Great day1 of #ittefaq thank u @iamsrk sir,this one will be special ! @aslisona @boo.i.am @junochopra"
This would be the first time that Sonakshi and Sid will be working with each other.
Likely to hit the big screens this year, 'Ittefaq' is being produced under Karan Johar's Dharma Productions and Shah Rukh Khan's banner Red Chillies.
