"We cannot build a stable and effective regional cooperative architecture on shaky bilateral structure," Basit said while speaking as a guest speaker at Rotary Club of Delhi Midtown, New Delhi, today.

Basit said that globalisation has unleashed countless opportunities and yet South Asia continues to be the least integrated region in the world which calls for serious introspection.
