The entire star cast of the upcoming movie 'Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani' was spotted promoting the film in Delhi.
Speaking on the occasion, Kalki Koechlin said that her character in the movie- Aditi- is the best friend of Ranbir Kapoor's character.
"I play a character called Aditi, actually all four of us are friends in the movie. Bunny and Avi that's Adi's and Ranbir's characters are my best friends. But Naina plays a shy awkward girl who's trying to be a part of the group and eventually becomes a part of the group," she said.
Interacting with the media persons, Deepika Padukone said that the film is the perfect platform for her and her former boyfriend to make a comeback as the hottest on screen couple.
" Most importantly I am very happy that I got a chance to work with him again, I think Bachna Ae Haseeno didn't do enough justice to us as an onscreen couple and I have said this before also that according to me YJHD is the correct film for us to come together whether its 2 years, 3 years or 5 years. I am glad that is the film, which has brought us together," she said.
Meanwhile, Kapoor said that he doesn't want people to associate his characters to his personal life.
"if I have sung the song 'Sadda Haq' it doesn't mean that Ranbir is asking for his Haq. Its all a filmy situation, actually what happened was when I did Bachna Ae Haseeno people started thinking that I am like that and my image was made like that of a Casanova but I am not like that in real life," he said.
The movie is set to hit the theatre this weekend.
