Oh suit! A songwriter has recently accused Taylor Swift of taking lyrics from his composition.
Jessie Braham has claimed in the lawsuit that the 25-year-old songstress' signature hit borrows heavily from a song he wrote in 2013 called 'Haters Gone Hate,' reports TMZ.com.
He has also pointed out that his song's phrase is used more than 70 times in Swift's 2014 song.
Braham now wants the 'Bad Blood' hit-maker to pay him 42 million dollars and print his name on the new prints of 'Shake It Off.
