Farrah Abraham has undergone her fifth plastic surgery procedure in just three years on Monday.
After getting breast implants in 2010, a nose job and chin implant in October 2012, and another boob job this May, the Teen Mom turned porn star had her chin implant removed on September 30, Radar Online reported.
Dr. Michael Salzhauer of Bal Harbour Plastic Surgery, the surgeon who performed the procedure, confirmed the news.
He said that she was uncomfortable with the size of the chin implant.
It was the smallest implant they make, so she just wanted to take it out, he said.
Indeed, Abraham flew to Miami on Monday for the surgery, and after a roughly fifteen-minute procedure under local anesthesia, she flew out the same day.
Dr. Salzhauer revealed that she'll never get her original chin back exactly how it was.
