A 2-year-old boy, who was suffering from leukemia and had only weeks to live before he became the best man at his parents wedding in Pennsylvania, has passed away, two days after the ceremony.
Logan Stevenson's mother, Christine Swidorsky Stevenson, announced the news of her son's demise in a heartbreaking message on her Facebook account, CBS News reported.
Christine wrote on the social networking site that her little Logan took his last breath in her arms at 8:18 p.m. on Monday at the house she shared with the boy's father and her new husband, Sean Stevenson.
Christine also asserted in the post that even though she couldn't bring herself to believe that her son has gone, she is happy that he is no longer in pain.
The publication had earlier reported that Logan's parents wanted to tie the knot while their son was still alive.
