The 'Iron Man' star, Terrence Howard has reportedly been accused by his ex-wife, Michelle Ghent for beating her badly during a heated argument in Costa Rica, last week.
Ghent, who divorced Howard in May, hooked up with her ex-husband and took a trip with him and several of his family members to Costa Rica where an argument erupted and Terrence beat her up, TMZ reported.
Sources revealed that Howard claimed that Ghent maced him, his adult daughter and another family member.
The source added that police had been called for investigation, and further accused Ghent of lying about Howard physically abusing her.
Another source close to Ghent, however, said that Howard made up the mace story to cover his brutality.
Ghent is reportedly is going to court in an attempt to get a restraining order to keep Howard away from her.
Earlier, Ghent had accused Howard of slugging her in the face and neck and also claimed that such brutality had started just 7 days after they were married.
