Reese Witherspoon had a special companion in her flick 'Legally Blonde,' Moonie the dog, but sadly he has passed away.
The 39-year-old actress broke the news by posting a picture of herself and Moonie on the social media, reports TMZ.com.
Along with the picture, she wrote, "I will never forget all the days we spent together ... I'm sure his tail is wagging in the sky."
18-year-old Moonie was a rescued chihuahua before landing the 'Legally Blonde' gig and was good pals with Gidget, the Taco Bell dog.
