Hollywood actor Thomas Mann is set to join upcoming movie 'Lady and the Tramp'. According to Variety, in Disney's live-action adaptation, Mann will be seen portraying the role of Lady's human owner, Jim Dear.
The movie talks about an American Cocker Spaniel named 'Lady' who resides with a family, but is led astray when a baby is born. After being abandoned by the family, Lady meets a stray dog, the Tramp and falls in love.
The 'Kong: Skull Island' actor is set to join Tessa Thompson of 'Thor: Ragnarok' fame, who will lend her voice to the character of Lady. Also onboard is Justin Theroux, who will lend his voice for the Tramp, while Kiersey Clemons will play Mann's wife.
Similar to 'Beauty and the Beast' and 'Jungle Book', the majority of the film's cast will voice CGI characters, except for Mann and Clemons' characters.
