Meghan Markle's father Thomas Markle came to his daughter's defence while talking about the negativity she is receiving with regards to an alleged feud with Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton.

In a recent interview with The Sun, Thomas talked about the rift and rumours that Meghan is allegedly a "difficult boss."

"If there is any animosity between Meghan and Kate, they should put their differences aside," Thomas was quoted by E!Online, as saying. "I'm very upset by the criticism Meghan is getting. I don't think she deserves it and I don't think she is doing one-third of the things she is being accused of doing."

Rumours of the feud were fueled after Kensington Palace announced that Prince Harry and Meghan would move out of the palace and relocate to Frogmore Cottage at Windsor Castle as they prepare for the arrival of their first child.

It was also reported that the Duchess of Cambridge had an "explosive row" with Meghan as she allegedly told her not to instruct the members of her team, saying, "That's unacceptable, they are my staff and I speak to them."

However, Kate and Meghan, who have rarely been seen together in public since the royal wedding in May, put a rest to the royal drama on Christmas Day after they aired their grievances with one another.
