Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi on Friday said people who have voted in the earlier phases of the elections, have already defeated the Congress Party, and asked people voting in the next phase to ensure that a strong government is formed in Delhi.
"The people, who have voted, have already defeated the Congress-led UPA Government in these elections. But now, the people who will be voting have a big responsibility. It is their responsibility to ensure that a strong government is formed in Delhi," Modi said in his address during a rally held here.
"If we have to change your lives, then we need a strong government in Delhi with strong intention, and one that can take strong decisions," he added.
He said the whole country expects the Congress Party and the UPA Government to give answers to their questions.
