Tommy Lee Jones revealed that he has presented Native Americans as Bad Guys in the movie 'The Homesman' and he has no concerns about it.
The actor turned director said that the band of native tribesman used in the film were all descendants of the Cahokia tribe, who are famous for being horsemen but in reality none of them could ride one side of a horse and they have not bended the truth at all or have tried to stereotype anybody, Hollywood reporter reported.
The movie also explores the female condition in the movie aiming to link it to the way the women are treated today, he added.
Jones revealed the fact that his film was about 'American imperialism' across the continent and a consideration of the history of western expansion.
