Tori Spelling took along her television crew during her recent hospital stay to film all of it for her Lifetime show 'True Tori'.
Sources revealed that the cameras were following the former Beverly Hills 90210 actress at the hospital to document the whole thing, Us Magazine reported.
The 40-year-old reality star had been hospitalized for six days due to the stress in her life because of her husband's cheating scandal, and she filmed her entire hospital stay for her reality show.
