A man on Tuesday attempted self-immolation at India Gate accusing his neighbours of abetment.
The man has been admitted to RML Hospital with 80 percent burn injuries.
The police recovered a suicide note from the spot.
A Police Control Room (PCR) at Tilak Nagar received a call at 3:45 p.m. regarding self immolation by a person.
On reaching the spot they came to know that a PCR van has already taken the man to RML Hospital.
The injured was identified as Heera Lal who is a resident of Tahirpur.

In the suicide note he has accused his neighbours for this extreme step.
