Microblogging site Twitter has reportedly announced that it will be releasing its first quarterly report on February 5th after going public in November last year.
The company has also decided to take questions submitted directly to its Twitter accounts, @TwitterIR, using the hashtag #TWTRearnings, during the Q and A portion of the conference call in addition to questions submitted by conference call participants.
According to Tech Crunch, the conference call will be presented live and apart from its investor website, CEO Dick Costolo's account would also be used to distribute investor news.
The report is expected to throw light on questions related to user growth metrics after the company went public apart from how its recent acquisition of MoPub and addition of native advertising and out-network contextual products has faring for the company.
Twitter offered its IPO at a price of 26 dollars and it quickly ballooned to 44 dollars at open and the stock is currently hovering around 63 dollars, the report added.
