The Noida Police has called four people for questioning in connection with the BMW hit-and-run case.
The police is expected to quiz about the whereabouts of the main accused as Vinod, the main accused, has been absconding.
Meanwhile, Neeraj Kumar, SHO of Noida Sector 24 said that they would soon arrest Vinod.
Out of the three people injured in the mishap, one man Gulfam Ali succumbed to his injuries last night at the Safdarjung Hospital here.
The condition of the other two is said to be stable.
The accident took place at around 11:30 a.m. on Saturday near gate number 7 of Noida Stadium in Sector 24.
The untoward incident took place just 12 days after 32-year-old marketing executive Siddharth Sharma was killed while crossing a road near Ludlow Castle School in the posh Civil Lines area by a speeding Mercedes car driven by a minor.
