US man held for throwing semen on woman

A Delaware man was arrested Tuesday for allegedly throwing a handful of his own semen on a woman.

According to police records, Frank J. Short Jr., 22, allegedly followed a woman around a Walmart in Delaware and tossed his semen at her legs and buttocks, the New York Daily News reported.

He has been charged with harassment, disorderly conduct, and lewdness and offenses touching of another with saliva, urine, feces or other bodily fluid, police documents obtained by the Smoking Gun show.

The incident took place on Tuesday afternoon, after the 20-year-old female victim stopped into a Walmart store in the town of New Castle.

The woman told police she was standing in an aisle sending a text message when Short walked past uttering "'Excuse me."

After he had passed, the woman felt something wet on her buttocks and legs, and looked down to find what she described as a "glob" of fluid.

The police reports conclude that Short threw his semen on the woman because he was sexually attracted to her.
