Ahead of the first Railway Budget being presented today by the Narendra Modi led government, former railway minister Mallikarjun Kharge said it remains to be seen how BJP delivers on its promises.
Kharge told ANI, "We will see today how they live up to their promises. They had promised so many things like bullet trains, Japanese speed but let's see how much they can deliver. We will see how many facilities they deliver, how much priority cleanliness and passenger safety get."
The Railway Budget for 2014-15 will be presented today by Railway Minister Sadananda Gowda and is expected to deliver a slew of new measures like bullet trains and speedier commute.
