India A won the toss and invited the visitors to bat first, who set up a difficult chase of 313 runs for the hosts.
Kirk Edwards made a blistering 104 off the same number of balls.
For India A, Baba Aparajith top scored with 78 assisted by captain Yuvraj Singh who made 61.
However, in the end, the Indian side could not complete the chase, falling apart completely after Aparajith got out.
