WhatsApp has updated its web version and included new features that allow the users to have more control over their chats and group conversations in a Web browser.

The WhatsApp Web interface allows the users to carry out WhatsApp chats via a desktop or laptop but things were in a basic way.

According to thenextweb.com, a few more options are added that can be selected by the users in the browser version like editing their profile photo and status message and a few small UI changes.
Also, the settings icon now provides access to options like deleting and archiving on-going chats. In addition, the users can now archive, mute or abandon a group chat via the Web client too.
