Will Ferrell is all geared up to star in a new North Pole comedy 'Ice Pack.'
The movie will narrate the real life story of a successful 1968 Arctic expedition of six middle-aged men, who made the decision over beers to travel to the North Pole and the 48-year-old actor will be taking up the lead, reports News24.com.
The flick is based on Guy Lawson's article for the New York Times Magazine with the title 'An Insurance Salesman and a Doctor Walk Into a Bar, and End Up at the North Pole: The Story of an Accidentally Pioneering Expedition.'
The movie will be produced by Temple Hill for Sony.
