BJP candidate from the North West Delhi Lok Sabha seat, Hans Raj Hans, on Friday said he will file a defamation case against the Aam Aadmi Party leaders for maligning his image.
"Jhoote aadmi ne phir jhoot bola.Gandagi ki paribasha ko ujagar karne wale shakshiyat ko dekhna hai toh vo (Arvind) Kejriwal hai.Defamation ka case karenge aur SC/ST ka Act lagaenge," Hans told ANI when asked about AAP's accusation against him for converting to Islam in 2014.
On May 2, Kejriwal tweeted, "Hans Raj Hans is ineligible to fight from a reserved seat. He will finally be declared ineligible. Voters from North West Delhi should not waste their votes on him."
However, Hans has refused the charges of the AAP.
