Serena Williams bounced back from a shaky start as he trounced her Spanish opponent Garbine Muguruza in three sets to stroll into the quarter-final round of Australian Open in Melbourne.
Avenging last year's French Open loss, the American world number one secured a 2-6, 6-3, 6-2 victory over Muguruza to advance to the next round of the first grand slam of the year.
Moreover, Venus Williams defeated sixth seed Agnieszka Radwanska 6-3 2-6 6-1 to reach her first Grand Slam quarter-final since 2010.
